Important Notice: Cleveland Metz office operations March 16, 2020

Due to the COVID-19 virus we will need to take precautions pursuant to CDC guidelines for the safety of our clients and employees. Until the CDC lifts restrictions, we will not be taking any walk-in clients or walk-in appointments that have not been previously cleared through your attorney. We are always available by phone and email during normal business hours.

If you have documents to drop off, do so at the front window during business hours or drop them in the night slot and we will mail back your original documents to you. We ask that you be more patient than usual as Worker’s Compensation is already frustrating to get through the process and the virus has disrupted this process even further.

All Worker’s Compensation Court hearings have been canceled apart from emergency hearings that were already scheduled. It is very likely that your QME qualified medical evaluator appointment will be canceled in the near future since the majority of those QMEs are in a high-risk group over 65 years of age.

If you have an upcoming QME, hearing date or deposition, follow-up with our office by email or telephone to find out if your date has been changed. Sorry for this inconvenience but it is best for your safety and ours that we do our part to slow the progression of Covid-19 virus in our community.
