A principios del siglo XX, los trabajadores de los peri\u00f3dicos lo hab\u00edan incorporado a su industria. Los empleadores no pueden tomar decisiones arbitrarias sobre un trabajador basadas en el favoritismo o para castigar a los empleados m\u00e1s asertivos. <\/p>\n<p>Pero a medida que los sindicatos ganaron y contin\u00faan protegiendo a los trabajadores a medida que envejecen utilizando la antig\u00fcedad como un est\u00e1ndar objetivo, la compensaci\u00f3n para trabajadores de California hizo lo contrario.
